The Rising Sun Tigers (North East, MD) softball routed the visiting Fallston Cougars (Fallston, MD), 9-0 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Tigers (6-1) will now prepare for their bout against Perryville (Perryville, MD). The Panthers go into the Upper Chesapeake Bay bout with a 1-1 record. In their last bout, Perryville toppled Harford Tech (Bel Air, MD), 2-1, in a league bout.

The Cougars now possess a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Patterson Mill for a Upper Chesapeake Bay bout on Wednesday, April 19.
