The Flyers now own a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Great Crossing for a District 41 challenge on Thursday, April 13. Franklin County will battle a squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Harrison County (Cynthiana, KY). The record now stands at 11-0.

With the loss, Paul Laurence Dunbar falls to 1-7 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Tates Creek (Lexington, KY) to battle the Commodores in a District 43 challenge on Thursday, April 13. The Commodores enter the challenge with a record of 9-8. Tates Creek lost 9-6 in their recent league challenge against Lexington Christian (Lexington, KY)
