The Kolbe-Cathedral Cougars (Bridgeport, CT) softball routed the host Joel Barlow Falcons (Redding, CT), 13-4 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Cougars (4-1) will now prepare for their bout against Bullard-Havens (Bridgeport, CT). The Tigers go into the non-league bout with a 3-1 record. In their last bout, Bullard-Havens toppled Kaynor Tech (Waterbury, CT), 17-5, in a league bout.
