The Mohave Thunderbirds softball team scored 23 runs and limited the visiting Yuma Criminals to 2 in the Thunderbirds non-league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Mohave improves its record to 3-15 on the year. The Thunderbirds travel to Coconino (Flagstaff, AZ) to clash with the Panthers in a 4A Grand Canyon game on Friday, April 14. The Panthers come into the game with a record of 14-5. Coconino won 15-1 in their recent league game against Lee Williams (Kingman, AZ)

In their next game, the Criminals clash with the Thunderbird Titans (Phoenix, AZ) in a 4A Skyline game, on Friday, April 14. Yuma will attempt to improve on its 0-15 season record. The Titans come into the game with a 6-15 record after their 17-11 non-league loss to Poston Butte (San Tan Valley, AZ).
