Rushville Lions (Rushville, IN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting North Decatur Chargers (Greensburg, IN), 12-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Lions now own a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host Greensburg for a Eastern Indiana challenge on Monday, April 17.

With the loss, North Decatur falls to 4-3 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Hauser (Hope, IN) to battle the Jets in a Mid-Hoosier challenge on Thursday, April 13. The Jets enter the challenge with a record of 2-2. Hauser lost 5-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Columbus East (Columbus, IN)
