Michigan High School Softball - Whittemore-Prescott knocked off by Tawas Area

In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Tawas Area Braves (Tawas City, MI) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Whittemore-Prescott Cardinals (Whittemore, MI), by a margin of 18-2.

With the triumph, Tawas Area moves its record to 1-1 on the year. The Braves host Sacred Heart Academy (Mt. Pleasant, MI) to play the Irish in a non-league contest on Friday, April 14. The Irish come into the contest with a record of 2-0. Sacred Heart Academy won 18-0 in their recent league contest against Montabella (Blanchard, MI)

In their next game, the Cardinals play the Atlanta Huskies (Atlanta, MI) in a North Star contest, on Monday, April 17. Whittemore-Prescott will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record.
