In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Madelia Blackhawks baseball team scored a nice 18-4 victory over the Gibbon-Fairfax-Winthrop Thunderbirds.
The Blackhawks (3-1) will now prepare for their game against Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial (Lake Crystal, MN). The Knights go into the Valley game with a 3-1 record.
The Thunderbirds (0-5) will now prepare for their game against Sleepy Eye (Sleepy Eye, MN). The Indians go into the Tomahawk game with a 0-1 record.
