The Winamac Warriors baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the host Rensselaer Central Bombers to 3 in the Warriors non-league victory on Friday.
The Warriors (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Pioneer (Royal Center, IN). The Panthers go into the Hoosier North match with a 2-2 record. In their last match, Pioneer ran past West Central (Francesville, IN), 14-4, in a non-league match.
The Bombers (0-10) will now prepare for their match against Twin Lakes (Monticello, IN). The Indians go into the Hoosier match with a 4-1 record. In their last match, Twin Lakes ran past Maconaquah (Bunker Hill, IN), 23-1, in a non-league match.
