West Virginia High School Lacrosse - Jefferson County drops to John Marshall

The Jefferson County Wild lacrosse squad (Shenandoah Junction, WV), was overwhelmed 11-7 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting John Marshall Monarchs (Glen Dale, WV)

Coming up next, the Monarchs meet the Martinsburg Bulldogs (Martinsburg, WV) in a WVSLA - Division II challenge, on Saturday, April 13. John Marshall will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 8-1 record after their 10-6 league win over Charleston Catholic (Charleston, WV).

The Wild now sport a 1-8 record. They play next when they travel to George Washington for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 13. Jefferson County will meet a Patriots squad coming off a 21-17 non-league win over Spring Mills (Martinsburg, WV). The Patriots record now stands at 3-6.
