The Little Miami Panthers lacrosse team scored 16 points and held the visiting Waynesville Spartans to 3 in the Panthers non-league win on Friday.
The Panthers (4-3) will now prepare for their match against Walnut Hills (Cincinnati, OH). The Eagles go into the Region 4 match with a 5-1 record. In their last match, Walnut Hills topped Madeira (Cincinnati, OH), 8-2, in a non-league outing.
With the defeat, Waynesville drops to 1-2 on the season. The Spartans travel to Clinton-Massie (Clarksville, OH) to battle the Falcons in a non-league outing on Saturday, April 13. The Falcons go into the outing with a record of 2-2. Clinton-Massie won 17-4 in their recent non-league outing against Lima Senior (Lima, OH)
