Woodward Academy War Eagles (College Park, GA) boosters exited the stadium content Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting North Oconee Titans (Bogart, GA), 12-2 in a non-league battle.
The War Eagles now own a 7-7 record. They take the field next when they host Midtown for a 5A-6A Area 6 battle on Tuesday, April 16. Woodward Academy will clash with a Knights squad coming off a 6-2 league win over Northview (Johns Creek, GA). The Knights record now stands at 4-11.
In their next game, the Titans clash with the Oconee County Warriors (Watkinsville, GA) in a 1A-4A Area 2 battle, on Thursday, April 18. North Oconee will attempt to advance on its 10-3 season record. The Warriors come into the battle with a 7-10 record after their 11-3 non-league win over T.L. Hanna (Anderson, SC).
