The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the St. Charles East Fighting Saints (St. Charles, IL) and the host Waubonsie Valley Warriors (Aurora, IL), saw St. Charles East's lacrosse team achieve victory over Waubonsie Valley by a margin of 12-7.
The Fighting Saints (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Lyons (LaGrange, IL). The Lions enter the non-league challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, Lyons was overwhelmed by York (Elmhurst, IL), 8-0, in a league challenge.
The Warriors (2-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Neuqua Valley (Naperville, IL). The Wildcats enter the DuPage Valley challenge with a 5-4 record. In their last challenge, Neuqua Valley edged Naperville Central (Naperville, IL), 16-4, in a league challenge.
