The Lamar Warriors softball team (Lamar, AR), was tipped 4-3 in Friday's league test with the visiting Baptist Prep Eagles (Little Rock, AR)

Coming up next, the Eagles clash with the Beebe Badgers (Beebe, AR) in a non-league test, on Monday, April 15. Baptist Prep will attempt to improve on its 9-10 season record. The Badgers come into the test with a 13-3 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Greene County Tech (Paragould, AR).

The Warriors (9-6) will now prepare for their test against Perryville (Perryville, AR). The Mustangs come into the 3A Region 5 test with a 8-6 record. In their last test, Perryville edged Maumelle Charter (Maumelle, AR), 16-1, in a league test.
