The Cristo Rey Jesuit Cristeros softball team scored 23 runs and limited the visiting The Noble Academy Griffins to 20 in the Cristeros non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Cristo Rey Jesuit moves its record to 1-2 on the year. The Cristeros travel to Westmont (Westmont, IL) to clash with the Sentinels in a non-league game on Saturday, April 13. The Sentinels come into the game with a record of 0-5. Westmont lost 16-1 in their recent league game against Elmwood Park (Elmwood Park, IL)

In their next game, the Griffins clash with the Hansberry Bengals (Chicago, IL) in a Noble Network game, on Monday, April 15. The Noble Academy will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record.
