The Flora Wolves softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Farina South Central Cougars to 0 in the Wolves non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Flora improves its record to 6-5 on the year. The Wolves host Cumberland (Toledo, IL) to clash with the Pirates in a non-league game on Saturday, April 13. The Pirates come into the game with a record of 4-7. Cumberland won 18-8 in their recent league game against Blue Ridge (Farmer City, IL)

In their next game, the Cougars clash with the Teutopolis Wooden Shoes (Teutopolis, IL) in a non-league game, on Monday, April 15. Farina South Central will attempt to improve on its 10-7 season record. The Wooden Shoes come into the game with a 11-8 record after their 13-4 non-league loss to Quincy Notre Dame (Quincy, IL).
