The Northern Patriots routed the visiting St. Charles softball squad by a final score of 15-0 in Friday's league battle.

The Patriots (8-2) will now prepare for their battle against Huntingtown (Huntingtown, MD). The Hurricanes go into the Southern Maryland battle with a 6-1 record.

The now possess a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to Great Mills for a Southern Maryland battle on Monday, April 15. St. Charles will meet a Hornets squad coming off a 19-4 league loss to Calvert (Prince Frederick, MD). The Hornets record now stands at 3-6.
