The New Richmond Tigers baseball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting Altoona Railroaders to 1 in the Tigers non-league win on Saturday.

The Tigers now hold a 6-0 record. They take the field next when they host Eau Claire Memorial for a Big Rivers test on Tuesday, April 15. New Richmond will play a Old Abes team coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Arrowhead (Hartland, WI). The Old Abes record now stands at 1-1.

With the defeat, Altoona drops to 4-2 on the year. The Railroaders travel to Menomonie (Menomonie, WI) to play the Mustangs in a non-league test on Monday, April 14. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 3-0. Menomonie won 13-1 in their recent non-league test against Wausau West (Wausau, WI)
