The Arlington Eagles baseball team scored 14 runs and held the host Buena Vista Bison to 4 in the Eagles non-league win on Saturday.
The Eagles now hold a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they host Raymond Central for a non-league test on Monday, April 14. Arlington will play a Mustangs team coming off a 15-3 non-league loss to Platte Valley (Yutan, NE). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-8.
With the defeat, Buena Vista drops to 2-12 on the year. The Bison travel to Elkhorn South (Omaha, NE) to play the Storm in a non-league test on Monday, April 14. The Storm go into the test with a record of 5-5. Elkhorn South lost 6-4 in their recent non-league test against Lincoln Southwest (Lincoln, NE)
