The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Bridgman Bees (Bridgman, MI) and the visiting Marcellus Wildcats (Marcellus, MI), saw Bridgman's baseball team gain a win over Marcellus by a tally of 13-0.
The Bees (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Coloma (Coloma, MI). The Comets enter the non-league battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Coloma was overwhelmed by Pennfield (Battle Creek, MI), 6-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Wildcats face the White Pigeon Chiefs (White Pigeon, MI) in a Southwest 10 battle, on Monday, April 14. Marcellus will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Chiefs enter the battle with a 0-3 record after their 10-4 non-league loss to Climax-Scotts (Climax, MI).
