The Cascade Christian Challengers baseball team scored 11 runs and held the host Douglas Trojans to 1 in the Challengers non-league win on Saturday.

The Challengers now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Junction City for a non-league test on Saturday, April 12. Cascade Christian will play a Tigers team coming off a 9-0 non-league loss to Scappoose (Scappoose, OR). The Tigers record now stands at 4-2.

With the defeat, Douglas drops to 2-8 on the year. The Trojans travel to Myrtle Point (Myrtle Point, OR) to play the Bobcats in a non-league test on Friday, April 18. The Bobcats go into the test with a record of 12-2. Myrtle Point lost 2-1 in their recent league test against Reedsport (Reedsport, OR)
