Illinois High School Baseball - Mather nips Disney II

The Mather Rangers baseball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Disney II Titans to 7 in the Rangers non-league win on Saturday.

The Rangers now own a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Northside for a Chicago Public - North test on Monday, April 14. Mather will clash with a Mustangs team coming off a 3-2 league win over Mather (Chicago, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 6-5.

With the defeat, Disney II drops to 5-5 on the year. The Titans host Kelvyn Park (Chicago, IL) to clash with the Panthers in a Chicago Public - National 1 test on Tuesday, April 15. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 0-2.
