The Winnebago Indians baseball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting Durand/Pecatonica Rivermen to 0 in the Indians non-league win on Saturday.

The Indians now own a 4-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Oregon for a Big Northern test on Monday, April 14. Winnebago will play a Hawks team coming off a 9-2 league win over Rockford Christian (Rockford, IL). The Hawks record now stands at 6-5.

With the defeat, Durand/Pecatonica drops to 2-10 on the year. The Rivermen host Hinckley-Big Rock (Hinckley, IL) to play the Royals in a non-league test on Monday, April 14. The Royals go into the test with a record of 5-6. Hinckley-Big Rock lost 6-2 in their recent non-league test against Milledgeville (Milledgeville, IL)
