In Saturday's non-league game, the host Enid Plainsmen baseball team scored a close 7-0 win over the Kingfisher Yellowjackets.

The Plainsmen (5-2) will now prepare for their game against Grant (Oklahoma City, OK). The Generals go into the non-league game with a 1-10 record. In their last game, Grant was overwhelmed by Northwest Classen (Oklahoma City, OK), 12-0, in a non-league game.

Next, the Yellowjackets play the Weatherford Eagles (Weatherford, OK) in a 4A District 4 game, on Monday, April 14. Kingfisher will attempt to improve on its 2-13 season record. The Eagles go into the game with a 10-9 record after their 8-2 non-league win over Cache (Cache, OK).
