Ohio High School Baseball - Zane Trace defeats Fairland

The Zane Trace Pioneers (Chillicothe, OH) baseball trounced the visiting Fairland Dragons (Proctorville, OH), 8-2 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Pioneers now own a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Unioto for a Scioto Valley challenge on Monday, April 14. Zane Trace will clash with a Shermans team coming off a 5-1 non-league win over Lynchburg-Clay (Lynchburg, OH). The Shermans record now stands at 4-3.
With the defeat, Fairland drops to 3-6 on the year. The Dragons travel to Rock Hill (Ironton, OH) to clash with the Redmen in a Ohio Valley challenge on Monday, April 14. The Redmen go into the challenge with a record of 2-3. Rock Hill won 4-2 in their recent league challenge against South Point (South Point, OH)
