The Gateway Olympians baseball team scored 16 runs and held the visiting Sierra Stallions to 6 in the Olympians non-league win on Saturday.

The Olympians now hold a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Thornton for a 4A/5A Colorado test on Tuesday, April 15. Gateway will play a Trojans team coming off a 16-1 league loss to Skyview (Thornton, CO). The Trojans record now stands at 0-13.

With the defeat, Sierra drops to 1-10 on the year. The Stallions travel to Woodland Park (Woodland Park, CO) to play the Panthers in a non-league test on Monday, April 14. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 8-1. Woodland Park won 12-4 in their recent league test against Ellicott (Calhan, CO)
