California High School Baseball - Santa Clara loses to Hueneme

April 12, 2025: Oxnard, CA 93033

In Saturday's non-league bout, the Hueneme Vikings (Oxnard, CA) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Santa Clara Saints (Oxnard, CA), by a tally of 14-2.

Next up, the Vikings encounter the Golden Valley Grizzlies (Santa Clarita, CA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, April 14. Hueneme will attempt to upgrade on its 11-7 season record. The Grizzlies enter the bout with a 8-9 record after their 13-3 non-league loss to Trinity Classical Academy (Valencia, CA).

The Saints (0-11) will now prepare for their bout against Villanova Prep (Ojai, CA). The Wildcats enter the Frontier bout with a 1-6 record. In their last bout, Villanova Prep was overwhelmed by Cate (Carpinteria, CA), 6-1, in a league bout.
