In Saturday's non-league bout, the Will Rogers College Ropers (Tulsa, OK) baseball squad the host Liberty Tigers (Mounds, OK), by a tally of 9-5.
Next up, the Ropers encounter the Durant Lions (Durant, OK) in a 5A District 3 bout, on Monday, April 14. Will Rogers College will attempt to upgrade on its 4-18 season record. The Lions enter the bout with a 10-9 record after their 12-9 non-league win over Muskogee (Muskogee, OK).
The Tigers (2-10) will now prepare for their bout against Mounds (Mounds, OK). The Golden Eagles enter the Next Era Energy bout with a 8-9 record. In their last bout, Mounds was overwhelmed by Chouteau-Mazie (Chouteau, OK), 7-6, in a league bout.
