California High School Lacrosse - Las Lomas overwhelms Cardinal Newman

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Las Lomas Knights lacrosse squad scored a tight 13-9 triumph over the Cardinal Newman Cardinals.
The Knights (6-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Ygnacio Valley (Concord, CA). The Wolves go into the Diablo-Valley challenge with a 0-8 record. In their last challenge, Ygnacio Valley was overwhelmed by College Park (Pleasant Hill, CA), 16-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Cardinals clash with the Sonoma Academy Coyotes (Santa Rosa, CA) in a Vine Valley challenge, on Tuesday, April 15. Cardinal Newman will attempt to better on its 6-5 season record. The Coyotes go into the challenge with a 1-8 record after their 9-7 league loss to Vintage (Napa, CA).
