The Evergreen Park Mustangs baseball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting Thornwood Thunderbirds to 0 in the Mustangs non-league win on Saturday.

The Mustangs now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Crete-Monee for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 22.

With the defeat, Thornwood drops to 0-2 on the year. The Thunderbirds host Kankakee (Kankakee, IL) to play the Kays in a test on Monday, April 14. The Kays go into the test with a record of 0-3. Kankakee lost 11-3 in their recent league test against Crete-Monee (Crete, IL)
