The Hope Christian Huskies baseball team scored 22 runs and held the host Highland Hornets to 0 in the Huskies non-league win on Saturday.
The Huskies now hold a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Del Norte for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 15. Hope Christian will play a Knights team coming off a 23-3 non-league loss to Atrisco Heritage Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Knights record now stands at 1-7.
With the defeat, Highland drops to 4-6 on the year. The Hornets host St. Pius X (Albuquerque, NM) to play the Sartans in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 15. The Sartans go into the test with a record of 4-11. St. Pius X won 9-3 in their recent non-league test against Rio Grande (Albuquerque, NM)
