Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the South Elgin Storm (South Elgin, IL) and the visiting Conant Cougars (Hoffman Estates, IL), witnessed South Elgin's lacrosse squad top Conant by a score of 13-4.
The Storm (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Batavia (Batavia, IL). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 0-6 record. In their last contest, Batavia was overwhelmed by Lake Park (Roselle, IL), 9-0, in a league contest.
Next, the Cougars meet the Buffalo Grove Bison (Buffalo Grove, IL) in a Mid Suburban contest, on Monday, April 14. Conant will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Bison enter the contest with a 1-5 record after their 15-5 league loss to Fremd (Palatine, IL).
