Illinois High School Softball - Fisher sneaks past Argenta-Oreana

In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Fisher Bunnies softball team scored a tight 2-1 win over the Argenta-Oreana Bombers.
The Bunnies (5-3) will now prepare for their match against Eureka (Eureka, IL). The Hornets come into the Heart of Illinois match with a 1-8 record. In their last match, Eureka was nipped by Deer Creek-Mackinaw (Mackinaw, IL), 8-6, in a league match.
In their next game, the Bombers confront the Blue Ridge Knights (Farmer City, IL) in a Lincoln Prairie match, on Monday, April 14. Argenta-Oreana will attempt to better on its 4-7 season record. The Knights come into the match with a 3-6 record after their 9-1 non-league win over Georgetown-Ridge Farm (Georgetown, IL).
