The Seaholm/Groves Maples triumphed over the visiting Bishop Foley Ventures softball squad by a count of 12-2 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Maples play the Almont Raiders (Almont, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, April 12. Seaholm/Groves will attempt to upgrade on its 3-0 season record.
The Ventures (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Catherine of Siena Academy (Wixom, MI). The Athletes enter the Catholic AA challenge with a 0-7 record.
