Michigan High School Softball - Glenn held off by Grosse Ile

In Saturday's non-league test, the Grosse Ile Red Devils (Grosse Ile, MI) softball squad got by the visiting Glenn Rockets (Westland, MI), by a tally of 8-7.

Next, the Red Devils meet the Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils (Grosse Pointe, MI) in a non-league test, on Saturday, April 12. Grosse Ile will attempt to advance on its 4-2 season record. The Blue Devils go into the test with a 2-1 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Lake Shore (St. Clair Shores, MI).

The Rockets (2-5) will now prepare for their test against Sterling Heights Stevenson (Sterling Heights, MI). The Titans go into the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Sterling Heights Stevenson was nudged by Utica Eisenhower (Shelby Township, MI), 9-7, in a non-league test.
