In Saturday's non-league match, the host Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils softball team scored a nice 16-1 win over the Glenn Rockets.
The Blue Devils (3-1) will now prepare for their match against Sterling Heights Stevenson (Sterling Heights, MI). The Titans come into the non-league match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Sterling Heights Stevenson was routed by Utica Eisenhower (Shelby Township, MI), 9-7, in a non-league match.
