The Hinsdale Central Red Devils triumphed over the host Saint Ignatius College Prep Wolfpack softball squad by a count of 9-2 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Red Devils play the Stagg Chargers (Palos Hills, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, April 14. Hinsdale Central will attempt to upgrade on its 4-0 season record. The Chargers enter the challenge with a 2-6 record after their 21-15 non-league win over Blue Island Eisenhower (Blue Island, IL).

The Wolfpack (7-7) will now prepare for their challenge against De La Salle (Chicago, IL). The Meteors enter the GCAC-White challenge with a 11-3 record. In their last challenge, De La Salle edged Tinley Park (Tinley Park, IL), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.
