Indiana High School Softball - New Castle bounces Muncie Central

The New Castle Trojans softball team scored 25 runs and held the host Muncie Central Bearcats to 0 in the Trojans non-league win on Saturday.

The Trojans now possess a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Delta for a Hoosier Heritage battle on Monday, April 14. New Castle will confront a Eagles team coming off a 20-0 non-league loss to Alexandria-Monroe (Alexandria, IN). The Eagles record now stands at 1-3.

With the loss, Muncie Central moves to 0-1 on the season. The Bearcats travel to Indianapolis Arsenal Technical (Indianapolis, IN) to confront the Titans in a non-league battle on Monday, April 14. The Titans come into the battle with a record of 0-2. Indianapolis Arsenal Technical lost 14-10 in their recent non-league battle against Purdue Polytechnic (Indianapolis, IN)
