The South Rebels the visiting Perry Pirates softball squad by a count of 8-4 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Rebels meet the Chardon Hilltoppers (Chardon, OH) in a Western Reserve challenge, on Monday, April 14. South will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Hilltoppers go into the challenge with a 5-5 record after their 1-0 league loss to North (Eastlake, OH).

The Pirates (6-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Edgewood (Ashtabula, OH). The Warriors go into the Chagrin Valley - Lake match with a 1-0 record.
