The crowd at Wednesday's league challenge between the Dexter Southfield (Brookline, MA) and the visiting Pomfret School Griffins (Pomfret, CT), saw Dexter Southfield's lacrosse team overcome Pomfret School by a margin of 17-9.
The (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Phillips Academy (Andover, MA). The Big Blues enter the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record.
The Griffins (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Westminster School (Simsbury, CT). The Martlets enter the NEPSAC Freelance challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Westminster School beat Northfield Mount Hermon (Mount Hermon, MA), 9-6, in a league challenge.
