The Northport Tigers lacrosse team scored 18 points and limited the host Sachem North to 5 in the Tigers league triumph on Wednesday.
The Tigers (5-0) will now prepare for their game against Longwood (Middle Island, NY). The Lions enter the Section 11 I game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, Longwood toppled Walt Whitman (Huntington Station, NY), 12-7, in a league game.
The (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Patchogue-Medford (Medford, NY). The Raiders enter the Section 11 I game with a 0-4 record. In their last game, Patchogue-Medford was overwhelmed by Huntington (Huntington, NY), 14-5, in a non-league game.
