South Carolina High School Soccer - Bishop England nudges Waccamaw

Bishop England Battling Bishops (Charleston, SC) supporters were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Waccamaw Warriors (Pawley's Island, SC), 3-2 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Battling Bishops confront the Hanahan Hawks (Hanahan, SC) in a AAA Region 8 challenge, on Monday, April 18. Bishop England will attempt to move on its 7-3 season record. The Hawks enter the challenge with a 4-10 record after their 10-1 non-league win over St. John's (John's Island, SC).

The Warriors now possess a 14-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Oceanside Collegiate Academy for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 26.
