North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Fuquay - Varina drops to Hoggard

In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Hoggard Vikings (Wilmington, NC) lacrosse squad routed the visiting Fuquay - Varina Bengals (Fuquay-Varina, NC), by a count of 13-4.

Coming up next, the Vikings confront the Topsail Pirates (Hampstead, NC) in a Mideastern contest, on Thursday, April 14. Hoggard will attempt to advance on its 12-0 season record. The Pirates enter the contest with a 9-3 record after their 18-0 league win over New Hanover (Wilmington, NC).

The Bengals now own a 7-5 record. They play next when they host Garner for a Greater Neuse River contest on Tuesday, April 19.
