Tunkhannock Tigers (Tunkhannock, PA) boosters exited the stadium content Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the visiting Lakeland Chiefs (Jermyn, PA), 8-1 in a league battle.

The Tigers now own a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Wyoming Seminary College Prep for a Wyoming Valley Lacrosse League battle on Thursday, April 14. Tunkhannock will clash with a Blue Knights squad coming off a 17-3 league win over Scranton Prep (Scranton, PA). The Blue Knights record now stands at 4-1.

In their next game, the Chiefs clash with the Dallas Mountaineers (Dallas, PA) in a Wyoming Valley Lacrosse League battle, on Monday, April 18. Lakeland will attempt to advance on its 0-4 season record. The Mountaineers come into the battle with a 5-2 record after their 19-6 league win over Wyoming Area (Exeter, PA).
