The Cannon Falls Bombers baseball team scored 9 runs and limited the visiting Goodhue Wildcats to 1 in the Bombers league victory on Thursday.
The Bombers (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Plainview-Elgin-Millville (Elgin, MN). The Bulldogs go into the non-league match with a 0-0 record.
The Wildcats (0-1) will now prepare for their match against Fillmore Central (Harmony, MN). The Falcons go into the non-league match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Fillmore Central gained a win over Rushford-Peterson (Rushford, MN), 6-5, in a league match.
