The St. Elizabeth Vikings baseball team scored 7 runs and limited the visiting Newark Yellowjackets to 1 in the Vikings non-league victory on Thursday.
The Vikings (5-4) will now prepare for their match against Conrad Science (Wilmington, DE). The Red Wolves go into the Diamond State match with a 6-1 record. In their last match, Conrad Science was overwhelmed by Caravel (Bear, DE), 9-5, in a non-league match.
The Yellowjackets (1-5) will now prepare for their match against DuPont (Wilmington, DE). The Tigers go into the Blue Hen Flight - A match with a 2-2 record. In their last match, DuPont was overwhelmed by Brandywine (Wilmington, DE), 11-5, in a non-league match.
