The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Abington Heights Comets (Clarks Summit, PA) and the host Pittston Patriots (Pittston, PA), saw Abington Heights's lacrosse team top Pittston by a margin of 20-6.

The Comets (7-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Crestwood (Mountain Top, PA). The Comets enter the Wyoming Valley challenge with a 7-2 record. In their last challenge, Crestwood was overwhelmed by Emmaus (Emmaus, PA), 16-10, in a non-league challenge.

The Patriots (0-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Lake-Lehman (Lehman, PA). The Knights enter the Wyoming Valley challenge with a 3-5 record. In their last challenge, Lake-Lehman beat Delaware Valley (Milford, PA), 9-8, in a league challenge.
