In Thursday's league test, the host Parkdale Panthers lacrosse squad scored a tight 6-4 victory over the Laurel Spartans.
The Panthers now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Eleanor Roosevelt for a Prince George's County test on Saturday, April 15. Parkdale will face a Raiders squad coming off a 21-12 league win over Northwestern (Hyattsville, MD). The Raiders record now stands at 5-0.
In their next game, the Spartans face the Gwynn Park Yellowjackets (Brandywine, MD) in a test, on Saturday, April 15. Laurel will attempt to move on its 3-5 season record.
