The Discovery Canyon Thunder soccer team scored 2 points and limited the host Cheyenne Mountain Red-Tailed Hawks to 1 in the Thunder league victory on Thursday.

Next, the Thunder face the Mountain View Mountain Lions (Loveland, CO) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, April 15. Discovery Canyon will attempt to better on its 3-6 season record. The Mountain Lions enter the contest with a 2-5 record after their 1-0 league loss to Thompson Valley (Loveland, CO).

The Red-Tailed Hawks now have a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Palmer Ridge for a 4A Pikes Peak contest on Thursday, April 20.
