Granville Blue Aces (Granville, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Bexley Lions (Columbus, OH), 26-14 in a non-league challenge.

The Blue Aces now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Watkins Memorial for a challenge on Friday, April 14. Granville will battle a Warriors squad coming off a 15-2 non-league win over Bishop Watterson (Columbus, OH). The Warriors record now stands at 12-6.

With the loss, Bexley falls to 1-5 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Buckeye Valley (Delaware, OH) to battle the Barons in a challenge on Monday, April 17. The Barons enter the challenge with a record of 0-0.
