In Thursday's league test, the host Greens Farms Academy Dragons lacrosse squad scored a tight 13-7 victory over the Hopkins Hilltoppers.
The Dragons now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Harvey for a non-league test on Monday, April 17. Greens Farms Academy will face a Cavaliers squad coming off a 14-2 non-league win over Marvelwood (Kent, CT). The Cavaliers record now stands at 1-0.
In their next game, the Hilltoppers face the Suffield Academy Tigers (Suffield, CT) in a non-league test, on Saturday, April 15. Hopkins will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Tigers come into the test with a 0-3 record after their 17-5 league loss to Canterbury School (New Milford, CT).
